Adding products in the cart
During your navigation through the site you are able to add products in your cart by pressing the icon «add to cart» that is found either in the product card, either in lists with products. Every time you add a product in the cart you will see automatically the cart page so you can check selected products and quantities. There, you are able to either alter these quantities or remove a product from the cart entirely. Finally, you are able to return to the previous page or move on to complete the order.
You can add products in the cart with or without being connected toy the system. If you are connected to the system, it will remember products put into your cart for the next time you enter our site even if you close the browser without completing your order. Thus, you are able to create an account in the site to save products of interest even if you do not intend to buy them directly.
Registration and Sign in to the system
You are able to register and enter the system anytime through the corresponding area found on the top-right of our page. If you have already registered you are able to type in your email and password and connect. If you have already registered in our site and you do not remember your password, you are able to choose for a reminder by typing only your email. Thus, you will receive a message at your email with a new random password.
If you select «register» you will be found in the page of registering a new user where you must fill in you basic data. Those are: email (attention! The email you state must be valid because all our communication will be made through email), first name, surname, telephone number and mobile number. During the registration, you are prompted to fill in a validity field. In this field, you must type in the numbers you see in the picture next to the filed. This is made by the system to prove that you are a real individual and not some automatic mechanism (bot) that simply creates problems in the site. When you fill in the fields and press «register», a message will be sent to your email with your password. By using the combination of email and password, you are able to enter the system and make your orders.
If you are found at the cart and select «complete order» you will be moved onto the page user Register/Entry, if you are not already connected, or in the page shipping/charge data, if you are already connected.
Shipping data and charge order.
Our website gives you the ability to enter many orders’ shipping and charge addresses so you can make orders from one account for many destinations, like home, office or rural house. Also, you are given the ability to enter different invoice data than these of shipping data.
In the page you select shipping data, you must first type in at least one address and then select it if you want to continue your order.
Data asked for every address is: address description (this is a discrete name for your own use, e.g. Home or Office), name and surname of recipient, address (two lines), city, district, postal code, country and telephone number. Also, if you would like to use this address for invoice address also, you are able to enter taxation data: Company name, tax ID, IRS. You are able to change or delete every address you enter.
Having entered one (or more) address, you are able to define the shipping method between Shipping to selected address or Local pick-up from our headquarters. In the second case, you will not be burdened with possible shipping charges. You are also able toy select the document type between Retail Receipt and Invoice. In the case you want an invoice; you have to have one at least entered address with complete taxation data.
Finally, the system asks you to select the desired payment method of the order between: online credit card charge, bank account deposit and send receipt with fax or cash with collect on delivery while you can enter some comments for your order.
After entering all your data, you are able to continue on completing the order which relates simply to confirm all selected data and in completing the order.
Between order completion and final invoicing and payment there is an intermediate stage. This stage relates to real calculation of order execution time and the shipping costs also. This happens because it is possible for some orders to have large quantities of a product which is not found in abundance, so it can delay the whole order more than the regular orders. In this case, we would not want to create a negative impression and mood by having charged an order that can not be delivered immediately.
Also, the shipping cost varies depending on size and shipping distance. For every case we will choose the right method of delivery (courier, transport company, deliver by us) whose cost will be inserted in the order. Because we do not want to charge you in advance with the maximum possible shipping cost we prefer to calculate it exactly and inform you.
After exact calculation of delivery time and shipping cost, we will update the system and you will be sent an automatic informative email. If you agree with the delivery time and the shipping cost, you will be able to complete the order procedure by paying the relative amount depending on the desired payment method you selected.
If you have selected payment with collect on delivery, it is possible that you will be asked for the deposit of a down payment whose the amount will be shown in the system.
After the order’s payment is made, shipping of your order follows, at the desired address.
After the order’s delivery, it still remains in the system. Anytime you desire, you are able to enter the page and by following the link «orders », you are able to see all your older orders and also their «status ».
